Catenian Association
The Catenian Association is an international brotherhood of Catholic business and professional men. They meet socially, reflecting the mutual support and sharing of common values that is found within the Association. In addition, the Catenian Association, through its Bursary Fund, gives financial support to young Catholics who undertake projects with Christian principles at home and abroad.

The Association is well supported locally, with branches, or Circles, in Brentwood, Billericay, Upminster, Chelmsford and Ilford. In total there are over 300 Circles, spread throughout Australia, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Ireland, Malta, South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

The aim of the Catenian Association, both globally and locally, is to foster friendship, fellowship and family values. It achieves this by Circles holding a formal meeting every month, followed by dinner, in order to build a close community offering lifelong support and friendship.

The Association is non-political and is not a fund-raising agent or Catholic action pressure group.
